Called to order by Pres. Hiscock.
Roll called. Quorum present.
Absent, Ald. Maynard, Koch, Soule, Cady.
Call for Special Session.

Call a special session of the Common Council to be held at the Council Chamber, Monday, October
26th, 1896, at 10 o'clock a. m., to consider the recommendations of the Board of Public Works
relative to the Sewer Claim.

COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS.
To the Common Council.
The Board of Public Works hereby recommend that your honorable body do allow the following labor
claims amounting to $1200.51 also other bills amounting to $149.30, for tile and freight guaranteed
by the Board of Public Works for the purpose of the completion of the sewer.

Ald. Coon moved that Rule 21 of the Rules of the Common Council be suspended for this session and
that the recommendation of the Board of Public Works be concurred in and warrants be ordered drawn
for the amounts specified.
